When you open a ticket we need to know:

  • Your FULL Name
  • What kind of support you need
  • If with a product, WHICH product

If you open a ticket with "I can't login" there is nothing I can do to help you.

Help us help you by giving us enough information to provide timely support.

Finally, if you use SpamArrest or some other email blocking software, it is your responsibility to ensure emails from our support email (support@socosolutions.zendesk.com) get delivered to you. With thousands of members we simply cannot hand-verify emails from SPAM-blockers
